About Safari Pals™
How we got started
We, the founders of Safari Pals Ltd, are keen photographers and share a passion for wildlife and the environment. In 2007, returning from a photographic safari in the Kruger National Park in South Africa, we were disappointed that we were unable to find any quality games in the various reserve and airport gift shops. We were looking in particular for fun gifts for our nieces and nephews which, at the same time, would help them to generate an understanding and appreciation of wildlife. The wait for our last internal flight was by no means long, but by the time the flight was ready to board we had the outline for the design of the Safari Pals card game. It took us a little while to realise this concept into the games that we are now very proud to offer you, but we feel the games have matured into the quality products that we would have bought that afternoon.
Corporate responsibility
We are making every effort to ensure that our products are not damaging to the environment and promote an appreciation for wildlife. All our playing card products are 100% recyclable and made from sustainable forests in Europe. We use UK production and printing facilities partly to ensure high quality but also to reduce the environmental effects of international shipping.
In recognition of the changing climate that the world is currently experiencing, Safari Pals Ltd is committed to minimising its carbon footprint. [ read more ]
Customer Enquiries and Suggestions
We very much welcome game rule suggestions that we can add to the games and variations sections of our website, please use the appropriate web forms to submit these.
Unfortunately we cannot accept suggestions for new packs or new game or product ideas. Any suggestions of this nature sent to us will be unread beyond the subject and either deleted, if received electronically or returned if posted.
