Delivery of goods to UK Addresses
All orders will be processed within 14 working days of payment completion and dispatched by Royal Mail.
Any delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.

Returns policy
Safari Pals Ltd can only accept returns of items purchased directly from us through this website. Safari Pals products purchased from a third party such as a retail outlet should be returned to that outlet.
Unwanted items
Safari Pals Ltd does not offer an exchange service on unwanted items. We will only refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 21 days. Unless due to a fault, refunds can only be given for playing card packs which are returned to us in perfect condition with the playing cards still in their sealed and unopened wrapper. Please first use the contact form on this website to inform us of your decision to return the product and we will email you a returns form. Please send the items together with the completed returns form to the address provided on the form.
When returning goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
Incorrect or faulty items
In the unlikely event that the products you recieve are faulty or damaged on delivery, you should first use the contact form on this website to inform us of the problem. We will then email you a returns form. Please send the items together with the completed returns form to the address provided on the form.
